Once you select one of the Icons you will be asked to Run (PC User) or Open (Mac User).

PC User: Run the file and our IT staff will walk you through the process

Mac User: Open the file. Unzip file, click the .dmg file. This will install TeamViewer

Our IT Staff will walk you through the process to get your Remote Session started.
